Due to continued expansion, DriverHire Bridgwater is looking for an experienced Branch Operations Manager to join our award-winning team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced manager with a strong background in recruitment, sales or a similar fast-paced commercial environment.
You will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operation of the branch, overseeing KPIs, developing the team, maintaining strong client relationships and helping us continue to grow an already successful office.

What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the day-to-day operation of the Bridgwater branch
- Line managing, coaching and developing the office team
- Overseeing branch KPIs, activity levels and performance
- Helping drive continued branch growth and profitability
- Managing and developing relationships with existing clients
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts
- Supporting new business and sales activity
- Speaking with clients to understand current and future staffing requirements
- Supporting recruitment activity when required, including candidate attraction, registration and onboarding
- Helping the team fill bookings and maintain strong fulfilment levels
- Monitoring compliance and ensuring branch processes are completed correctly
- Using CRM systems to manage client, candidate and sales activity
- Reviewing individual performance and helping team members achieve agreed targets
- Managing day-to-day client and candidate queries
- Helping maintain a positive, accountable and high-performing office culture

Essential Experience
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ management or line management experience
- Previous experience within recruitment, sales, account management or another target-driven commercial environment
- Proven experience of managing and developing a team
- Experience working with and overseeing KPIs and performance targets
- Strong CRM system experience
- Experience managing existing client or customer relationships
- A track record of working successfully in a busy, fast-paced environment
- Confidence dealing with clients, candidates and senior decision-makers
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
- A commercially focused mindset with an understanding of revenue, service and account growth

- £32,000 basic salary
