Sales Manager – Barrain London
Location: Canary Wharf, London, E14
Employment: Full-time
Start Date: Immediate
Salary: Competitive Salary + Uncapped Commission
Barrain London is expanding and looking for an ambitious Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will initially join the business ahead of our move to a new Canary Wharf office, expected within approximately one month.
The Role
You will be responsible for generating new business, carrying out valuations and converting opportunities into instructions. You will also help grow Barrain London’s presence across Canary Wharf, E14 and East London.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and motivating a sales team
- Conducting property valuations and market appraisals
- Winning new instructions and developing vendor relationships
- Generating leads through prospecting and local market activity
- Advising clients on pricing and marketing strategies
- Monitoring local market trends and competitor activity
- Managing properties through to launch and supporting negotiations
- Maintaining strong communication and customer service
- Identifying opportunities across sales
- Ensuring accurate records and compliance with relevant regulations

About You
We are looking for someone confident, proactive and commercially driven, with:
- Previous residential estate agency experience
- Experience in valuations or a strong desire to progress into valuations
- Proven ability to generate business and win instructions
- Good knowledge of the London property market
- Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills
- Ability to manage business plans and develop strategies to achieve and exceed targets
- A target-driven and professional approach
- Good IT and CRM skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
