About the Opportunity

Interested in working with some of the leading clothing brands in the world?

Do you have a passion for fashion, textiles or clothing manufacture, combined with experience in sales, account management or customer service? Are you looking for a role that could take your career from managing UK accounts to international travel and business development? Are you confident, quick to build relationships and able to spot opportunities to grow sales?

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a globally recognised industry leader specialising in innovative textiles for the fashion and apparel industry.

Initially, you'll be responsible for managing and developing key UK accounts, building strong customer relationships and identifying opportunities to grow business. As you develop within the role, there's the potential to progress into an international position, with the opportunity to take on country management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and developing relationships with an established UK customer base.
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and maximising account spend.
  • Promoting specialist products, advising customers on technical manufacturing processes and helping them select the right products for their needs.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional accessory products.
  • Responding to enquiries, providing samples and quotations, and supporting customers throughout the sales process.
  • Researching market trends and identifying potential new customers and business opportunities.
  • Attending trade shows, customer meetings and product presentations.
  • Managing your sales pipeline and maintaining accurate customer records
  • Working closely with internal teams to coordinate orders and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Managing after-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any complaints.
  • Working to demanding timescales and deadlines while maintaining high standards of service.
  • Travelling to meet UK customers, with opportunities for international travel as your role develops.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
