A burst of energy, creativity, and consumer impact sits at the heart of the Brand Activation Executive role at Imperial Brands. It’s a chance to shape how NGP brands show up across the UK&I market—bringing campaigns to life through smart activation, sharp consumer insight, and seamless cross-functional collaboration. You’ll champion brand consistency across every touchpoint, lead direct-to-consumer activations, and turn strategy into bold, integrated campaigns that truly connect with target audiences.
Working alongside talented brand, category, insights, and engagement teams—as well as top-tier creative and media agencies—you’ll help steer a lead market, influence best practice across the wider group, and track the KPIs that keep our brands winning. It’s a role for someone who loves making things happen, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to turn big ideas into standout consumer experiences.
Please note: This is a 1 year fixed term contract position. Based at our Bristol Head quarters where we work on a hybrid basis of 2-3 days per week in the office.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
