Based in our dynamic Salford, Manchester office with a hybrid working model, the Brand Activation Executive will play a key role in transforming brand plans into standout retail activations that delight shoppers and drive business growth. From innovative in-store campaigns to commercial activation projects, they will help bring some of the world's most recognisable food brands closer to consumers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment and enjoys balancing creativity with project management. Working alongside marketing, sales, supply chain, agency partners, and retailers, they will help ensure every activation is executed brilliantly from concept to shelf.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

  • Delivering End-to-End POS Solutions: Manage the complete lifecycle of prefilled display solutions, from receiving retailer and account manager briefs through to briefing co-pack agencies, evaluating solutions, and ensuring efficient delivery.
  • Leading Cross-Functional Activation Projects: Coordinate artwork development, stock management, and approval processes while partnering with stakeholders across Brand, Retailer, Supply Chain, Finance, Revenue Growth Management, and Legal teams.
  • Managing Activation Budgets: Own allocated point-of-sale budgets, maintaining trackers, monitoring spend, and ensuring activities are delivered efficiently and within approved investment parameters.
  • Driving Forecasting and Creative Development: Manage flatpack POS forecasting while supporting the creation and development of special-build solutions that enhance in-store execution.
  • Supporting Brand Growth Initiatives: Contribute to commercial innovation projects and activation plans that strengthen market presence and support business objectives.

We’re Looking for Someone With

  • Collaborative approach and ability to connect with a broad group of stakeholders.
  • Fluent business English (written and verbal).
  • Experience in marketing, shopper marketing, brand activation, project management, or FMCG environments.
  • Confidence managing timelines, budgets, forecasts, and multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
