Coventry City FC is looking to recruit a Brand Activation Manager to join our growing Brand team.
This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role in bringing Coventry City FC’s brand to life for supporters both in the UK and around the world.
The Role
Reporting to the Head of Brand, the Brand Activation Manager will lead the planning and delivery of all activations and events that support the growth of the brand both in the Coventry and around the world.
Working closely with colleagues across Marketing, Content, Partnerships, Retail and Football Operations, the Brand Activation Manager will help deliver experiences that engage supporters and celebrate Coventry’s identity as an influential and aspirational Motor City.
From matchday experiences and retail launches to international fan events and creative installations, you'll be responsible for ensuring every activation reflects and strengthens the Club’s exciting brand identity.
The successful candidate will be an experienced project manager with a passion for storytelling, strong creative instincts and the ability to deliver high-quality experiences in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver brand activations that bring the COV identity to life through Motors, Music, Fashion and Cuisine.
- Turn brand campaigns into engaging physical experiences that can be shared widely on social media.
- Manage external agencies, production partners and suppliers from briefing through to delivery.
- Support with the delivery of matchday activations, fan events and retail launches.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure brand consistency across every activation and campaign.
- Identify opportunities to create culturally relevant moments that extend the Club's reach beyond football, with a focus on the Car Industry, Motorsports, Music and Cuisine.
- Support international activations and events, working closely with the Premier League and other stakeholders, in key supporter growth markets.
- Measure the success of activations through fan engagement, commercial performance and brand resonance.
- Ensure every activation is delivered to the highest creative and operational standards.

Essential
- Experience delivering brand activations, experiential marketing campaigns or live events.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers and production partners.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working to tight deadlines.
- Creative thinking combined with exceptional attention to detail.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a willingness to work flexibly around the football calendar.

- Experience working within a football or motorsports environment.
- Experience delivering international events or fan experiences.
- Knowledge of retail activations and pop-up experiences.
- Understanding of social-first marketing and creating moments that resonate online.
- Passion for football and an appreciation of supporter culture.
