Ready to take the lead on Brand Activation for one of the UK’s fastest-growing drinks brands?
The Advocate Group is proud to be partnering with an ambitious and fast-growing drinks brand in their search for a Brand Activation Manager.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership, focused on finding the opportunities that put the brand in front of the right consumers and customers, from events and partnerships to customer activations and trade moments.
Working closely with Sales and the wider team, you'll help make the most of existing distribution, drive trial and visibility, and build activations that get people trying, talking about and remembering the brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify events, venues, partnerships, collaborations and trade opportunities where the brand can make an impact.
- Create and deliver activations across events, customer sites, retail and trade, driving trial, visibility and brand awareness.
- Work closely with Sales to identify opportunities to maximise existing distribution and support new customer opportunities.
- Own activations end-to-end, from the initial idea and relationship through to planning, logistics and execution.
- Build strong relationships with venues, event organisers, customers, partners and other key stakeholders.
- Measure performance, learn from activity and continuously improve future activations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
