We’re looking for a Client Services Manager to join our HP Client team where you'll play a key role in delivering exciting experiential, field marketing and brand engagement programmes for our clients.

You’ll be out in the field, travelling across the UK and working away from home when required, getting close to the action and making sure our programmes deliver against client expectations, KPIs and commercial objectives.
If you’re an experienced account manager who loves the energy of experiential, enjoys being hands-on and takes pride in building long-term client partnerships, we’d love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

- Ensure every customer interaction and brand experience reflects the quality and objectives expected by our clients.
- Troubleshoot in real time, making confident decisions and finding solutions when plans change.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
