Retail Experiential Manager
We’re looking for a Retail Experiential Manager to lead the planning and delivery of standout retail experiences for Samsung UK. You’ll turn business priorities into impactful activations from in-store pop-ups and flagship launches to bespoke builds, branded vehicles and longer-term programmes, while managing projects end to end, budgets from £10K to £1M, and a network of agencies, suppliers and stakeholders.
Working closely with the Head of Retail & Contact Centre Activation, you’ll combine strategic thinking, creativity and commercial judgement to deliver exceptional customer experiences and develop junior team capability.
This role will require you to be in the Samsung Chertsey HQ at least twice a week, and regular site visits, a full UK drivers licence is a must!

- Lead experiential projects from initial brief and planning through to delivery, evaluation and close-out.
- Manage activations of varying scale, including pop-ups, events, bespoke builds, branded vehicles and longer-term programmes.
- Own project plans, timelines, resources, logistics and budgets ranging from £10K to £1M.
- Translate retail, brand and product priorities into creative activation plans and investment recommendations.
- Build strong stakeholder, agency and supplier relationships, proactively managing risks, costs and expectations.
- Measure KPIs, ROI and lessons learned while coaching the Junior Retail Experiential Project Manager.
Are You Our Perfect Partner?
- Proven experience delivering experiential, events, marketing or similarly complex projects end to end.
- Strong project-management skills, with the ability to prioritise and deliver multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
- Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets, forecasts, suppliers and external partners.
- Strategic and solutions-focused, able to turn business objectives into effective customer experiences.
- A confident communicator and relationship builder, credible with senior UK and HQ stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable and accountable, with experience coaching junior colleagues and a passion for retail experiential.
