Brand Activation Manager – FMCG Food
Outer London – flexible working

🚀 Fabulous opportunity for an ambitious marketer with hands-on FMCG Brand Activation experience. This is a hands-on role with budget ownership and measurable ROI impact!
🌶️ Our client is a growing and profitable food company with an exciting portfolio of World Foods. We’re looking for a confident, capable and hands-on marketer to join the team, with responsibility for how the brand shows up in retail.
🌱 What you’ll be doing from day 1
- Lead 360 brand activation campaigns across retail and digital channels
- Manage external social media agencies and drive digital engagement
- Shape activation strategy during key trading periods
- Coordinate events, trade shows and festivals
- Identify and develop partnership opportunities
- Collaborate with Sales to align activation priorities

✒️ What do you need to apply?
Right to work permanently in the UK essential - no sponsorship potential
- 3-5 years' experience in brand activation or trade marketing in FMCG
- Proven delivery of in-store activations and sampling programmes
- Experience managing external marketing or social media agencies
- Experience in digital marketing, social media and e-commerce
- Knowledge of grocery retailers and independent retail channels
- Strong project planning and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship management
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, Mailchimp, Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
