Brand Activations Coordinator

The Brand Activations Coordinator role is critical to support the commercial teams with landing all brand activations to deliver our sales, margin and income objectives now and the future

What you will be doing:

  • Ensuring all campaign materials are received so that all campaigns go live as expected.
  • Working closely with suppliers to chase down any materials and answer any queries they have.
  • Managing all supplier and internal deadlines, prioritising work accordingly and escalating any delays to the critical path.
  • Ensuring all briefing materials are kept up to date in the scheduling platform and schedule in amends when required, this will include any landlord restrictions, brand guidelines or specifications.
  • Advising the sales teams of any inventory changes to support with their pitches and bookings.
  • Chasing all approvals from the appropriate stakeholders in line with the critical path and escalate any issues including taking any branded artwork to creative review.
  • Managing and maintaining and special booking requests that cannot be briefed in the standard systems.
  • Supporting with moving any bookings as and when required.
  • Ensuring the systems and any trackers are correct to brief all media campaigns to the CMS platform.
  • Managing all social media bookings into the scheduling system, ensuring supplier briefs are completed and shared with the Social Media Manager, chasing down any materials required and liaising with suppliers on content approvals and or changes.

What we are looking for:

  • Existing relationships with retail media networks.
  • Experience in activating brands.
  • Excellent organization and planning skills, including strong Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communicator, with an ability to influence at all levels of the business.
  • A self-starter, with the initiative to drive improvement and change without prompt.
  • A team player who can self-manage but is willing and able to support colleagues and share best practice.
  • Proven experience of prioritization and managing ambiguity required.
  • Experience of managing high profile, time critical projects.
  • High level of analytical experience, and excellent commercial acumen.
