OVERVIEW
We're looking for a proactive, highly organised and creatively-minded Brand Admin Assistant to support the delivery of Boden's brand experiences, campaigns, events and activations.
This is a varied, hands-on role where no two days are the same. You'll help bring brand activity to life, supporting everything from customer events and store launches to influencer experiences, partnerships and creative projects. Working closely with teams across the business, you'll play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly while gaining exposure to the full breadth of Brand, Marketing and PR.
Location: 3 days per week at our North Acton office, 2 days from home.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
BRAND EVENTS & ACTIVATIONS
- Support events, launches and activations
- Coordinate suppliers, logistics and budgets
- Source samples and event materials
- Support event delivery on the day
CREATIVE & CAMPAIGN SUPPORT
- Research trends and inspiration
- Support campaign planning and ideas
- Keep up to date with social and cultural trends

TEAM & PROJECT SUPPORT
- Support the wider Brand team
- Coordinate meetings and project timelines
- Maintain trackers, budgets and documentation
- Collaborate across Brand, Marketing and PR
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
ABOUT YOU
- Passionate about brands, fashion, marketing, culture and storytelling
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn
- Confident building relationships with a wide range of people
- Adaptable and able to respond quickly when priorities change
- A positive, optimistic team player who enjoys getting stuck in and making things happen
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in marketing, brand, events, PR, creative production or a related field through internships, placements, university projects or work experience
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong administrative and planning capabilities
- An eye for brand, aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Awareness of social media and content trends
- Interest in how AI and new technologies are shaping marketing and creative work
