ReciMe is the fastest-growing cooking app in the world, helping 15M+ users save recipes from anywhere and turn them into meal plans and shopping lists.

We've been a Top 10 app in the US App Store's Food category for months and were recently featured on The Drew Barrymore Show.

Now, we're looking for a Brand Ads Creator to join our small, ambitious team!

You'll own ReciMe's brand ads end to end, across Meta and Connected TV β€” concept, script, shoot, edit, deliver. Your role is to produce high production brand ads to reach people who have never heard of ReciMe. Your work has to be distinctive enough to get noticed and remembered.

πŸš€ What You'll Do

  • Own ReciMe's brand ads end to end across Meta and CTV β€” concept, script, shoot, edit, and deliver ready-to-run assets
  • Own the shoot yourself β€” location, talent, food styling, crew and kit. There's no standing budget: pitch for it when an idea earns it
  • Build a visual language, style and way of storytelling that is unmistakably ReciMe and unlike anything else in the category
  • Shoot in-kitchen and lifestyle footage that looks cinematic and looks like ReciMe β€” never like stock
  • Build 15s and 30s CTV spots that land one idea, sound-on, from across a room β€” recut the same production into Meta versions, and deliver to platform spec
  • Work with the growth team on what's live, what's fatiguing, and what to make next

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer β€” it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β€” that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
