Role Overview
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys representing brands, engaging with the public, and delivering positive customer experiences in a face-to-face setting.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for representing client brands during promotional activities, in-store campaigns, and live events. You will help raise brand awareness, communicate key messages, and ensure customers have a positive interaction with the brand.
Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for those looking to gain experience in brand representation, promotions, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
- Represent client brands professionally and enthusiastically
- Engage with customers in person and communicate brand messaging clearly
- Promote products, services, or campaigns accurately
- Create a positive and memorable customer experience
- Answer customer questions confidently and professionally
- Maintain high standards of presentation and conduct
- Work collaboratively with team members to support campaign goals
Ideal Candidate
- Confident and comfortable engaging with people face to face
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional manner
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable and well presented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in promotions, retail, or customer-facing roles is an advantage but not essential

Salary: 25000 - 28000 GBP Per annum
