Field Brand Ambassador

Become the face of Mondelez in your territory
Field-Based | 24 Hours per Week | Permanent
Salary: £15,862.08 per annum (£12.71 per hour) up to 15% quarterly bonus
On-target earnings (OTE): up to £18,241 per annum
Territory: Evesham, Great Malvern, Hereford, Leominster, Ross On Wye, and surrounds

Smollan are looking for a confident and proactive field-based professional to represent some of the UK's favourite brands, including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita, and Maynards Bassetts.

In this role, you'll combine excellent merchandising standards with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, working closely with store managers and colleagues to maximise product visibility, availability, and promotional compliance.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Building Relationships

    • Develop strong partnerships with store managers and colleagues
    • Use effective communication and negotiation skills to secure support for promotional activity, displays, and compliance initiatives
    • Become a trusted ambassador for Mondelez brands within your territory
  • Delivering In-Store Excellence

    • Implement planograms and merchandising activity
    • Build eye-catching displays and promotional features
    • Ensure products are available and visible for shoppers
  • Driving Performance

    • Identify opportunities to improve compliance and availability
    • Use store insights to maximise sales opportunities
    • Support delivery of territory objectives through excellent execution

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in merchandising, retail, customer service, or a field-based role
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Confidence influencing and negotiating with store managers and colleagues
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own territory effectively
  • Commercial awareness and a focus on delivering results
