Field Brand Ambassador

Permanent Position – 21 Days Holiday Plus Bank Holidays

Field-Based | 24 Hours per Week Salary: £15,862.08 per annum (£12.71/hour) + up to 15% quarterly bonus On-target earnings (OTE): up to £18,241 per annum Location: Evesham, Great Malvern, Hereford, Leominster, Ross-on-Wye, and surrounding areas

About the Role

Smollan is seeking a confident, proactive, and results-driven Field Brand Ambassador to represent some of the UK’s favourite brands, including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita, and Maynards Bassetts.

)Believe in brands, drive in-store engagement, and deliver exceptional results!

This field-based role requires you to build strong Relationships, deliver In-Store Excellence, and Drive Performance across your assigned territory.


Key Responsibilities

Building Relationships
  • Develop strong partnerships with store managers and colleagues.
  • Use effective communication & negotiation skills to secure support for:
    • Promotional activity
    • Display planning
    • Compliance initiatives
  • Become a trusted ambassador for Mondelez brands in your territory.
Delivering In-Store Excellence
  • Implement planograms and maintain high merchandising standards.
  • Design and build eye-catching displays and promotional features.
  • Ensure product visibility and availability for shoppers.

Driving Performance
  • Identify compliance gaps and sales opportunities in stores.
  • Leverage store insights to maximise promotions and availability.
  • Support territory objectives through excellent execution.

Person Specification & Requirements

  • Experience in:
    • Merchandising
    • Retail
    • Customer service
    • Field-based sales or operations
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills – key for influencing store teams.
  • Confidence in negotiation – securing commitments for brand visibility.
  • Proactive mindset – identifying and solving challenges independently.
  • Self-management & territory ownership – working alone across multiple stores.
  • Commercial awareness – driving results with a focus on KPIs.
