Field Sales Brand Ambassador

We’re looking for a confident, motivated Field Sales Brand Ambassador to represent two of the UK’s most recognised vape brands, ELFBAR and Lost Mary.

Full Time | Permanent | 37.5 hours per week

£26,208 basic salary + Company Car + Uncapped Monthly Bonus

Top performers regularly earn £1,000+ per month in bonus

Please note: A full UK manual driving licence held for more than 12 months is essential for this role.

About the Role

As a Field Sales Brand Ambassador, you’ll take ownership of your territory, visiting independent retailers and convenience stores across your territory.

You’ll build strong relationships with retailers, increase product visibility and distribution, introduce exciting brand initiatives and identify new business opportunities.

This is a field-based sales role where you’ll work independently, manage your own territory and play an important part in growing the presence of ELFBAR and Lost Mary in retail.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Visit independent retailers and convenience stores across your territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and key decision-makers
  • Develop existing retail accounts and identify new business opportunities
  • Increase product visibility, distribution and point-of-sale presence
  • Introduce retailers to our brand rewards programme
  • Deliver engaging brand activation and promotional activity
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales and strengthen retailer partnerships
  • Manage your territory effectively, planning your own daily schedule and appointments
  • Maintain accurate records and provide regular updates on activity and performance
  • Represent ELFBAR and Lost Mary professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is confident, commercially minded and motivated by results.

You’ll ideally have experience in:

  • Field sales or territory sales
  • Retail sales or account management
  • FMCG, consumer goods or brand activation
  • Business development or customer-facing roles

A full UK manual driving licence held for more than 12 months

Previous field sales experience is preferred but not essential - what matters most is your confidence, communication skills and ability to build relationships.
