Field Brand Ambassador – Mondelez
About the Role
Market – Smollan are seeking a confident, proactive field-based professional to represent some of the UK’s most beloved brands: Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita, Maynards Bassetts, and more.
This permanent field-based role operates regionally across Nottingham, Ilkeston, Hucknall, and surrounding areas. Working 24 hours per week, you will be responsible for building and strengthening relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring top merchandising standards, and maximising product visibility on the shelves.
With a salary of £15,862.08 per annum (or £12.71 per hour), including the potential for a 15% quarterly bonus, the on-target earnings (OTE) can go up to £18,241 annually (including up to £14.61 per hour in OTE incentives). This role is perfect if you thrive in an independent, relationship-focused environment and enjoy delivering significant results through field execution and ongoing learning.
Key Responsibilities
Building Relationships
- Develop strong partnerships with store managers and colleagues
- Utilise communication and negotiation skills to secure support for promotions, displays, and compliance
- Become the trusted ambassador for Mondelez’ brands within your assigned territory
Delivering In-Store Excellence
- Implement planograms and merchandising activities effectively
- Construct eye-catching displays and promotional features
- Ensure products are highly visible, in stock, and accessible for shoppers

Driving Performance
- Identify opportunities to enhance product compliance and availability
- Utilise store insights to maximise sales opportunities
- Support the total execution of territory objectives
What We’re Looking For
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in merchandising, retail, customer service, or another field-based role
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to lobby effectively with store managers and colleagues
- A confident negotiator, with a proactive approach to problem identification and solutions
- Self-starter personality—able to work independently and manage your own territory successfully
- Commercial awareness, with a focus on driving results
