Earnings Potential: £500 – £5,000+ per month (Uncapped Tiered Commission)
About Us
At Pawcroft, we craft beautiful leather collars and leads made for dogs who love outdoor adventures. Every piece is handcrafted with care from carefully selected materials. For us, it's always about the dogs and their humans, celebrating that special bond and joining them on their everyday adventures.
We are looking for representatives who share that same passion to help us introduce Pawcroft to independent pet boutiques, country outlets, and stockists across the UK.
About You
As a Pawcroft Brand Ambassador, you won't just be closing deals; you’ll be the face of a brand rooted in quality, craftsmanship, and a love for animals. You will visit independent retailers, build lasting relationships with store owners, present our product range, and look after ongoing restocking orders.
- Pets & People First: Build genuine connections with local boutique owners who share your passion for pets and the countryside.
- Complete Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom of a self-employed role. Work when and where it suits you, with zero micromanagement or rigid hours.
- Supportive Terms for Retailers: We offer stockists flexible deposits and payment terms on bulk orders, making it easier for you to build trust and onboard new accounts.
- Uncapped Upside: Earn monthly performance-based commission on all initial and repeat orders in your region.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
