Caledonia Group is a leading Marketing and Sales firm based in Edinburgh, specialising in high-impact customer acquisition and brand representation. We work with major global brands, including Mercedes-Benz, EE, Verisure and E.ON Next, who trust us to deliver tailored market solutions while protecting their brand reputation.
With significant growth planned through 2026 and 2027, we're looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as Brand Ambassadors. This role offers a hands-on introduction to campaign delivery and customer engagement, with a structured route into leadership through our Development Programme.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Presence: Represent well-known clients across the automotive, telecoms, smart home security, and energy sectors, making a strong first impression on their behalf
- Campaign Involvement: Take part in marketing activity across a range of settings, including corporate events, retail, B2B, and field-based campaigns
- Customer Engagement: Approach and speak with prospective customers, explain products clearly, and support the sales process from first contact to close
- Continuous Learning: Attend daily briefings and training sessions covering consumer behaviour, market trends, and campaign performance

We promote exclusively from within, so our leaders have all done this role themselves. As a Brand Ambassador, you'll follow a structured path from entry level toward management, with mentorship in team leadership, budgeting, territory planning, and client relations as we continue to grow.
