Our client is a leading international premium beverage company with an impressive portfolio of award-winning brands enjoyed around the world.

They are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, charismatic and commercially minded Brand Ambassador to represent their portfolio across London's vibrant hospitality sector.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for food, drink and hospitality to build relationships with some of London's most respected pub groups, bars and hospitality operators. Working closely with customers, you will help deliver engaging activations, staff training and events that drive awareness, advocacy and sales growth.

The Role

As Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships within key on-trade accounts across London. You'll work closely with operational teams, marketing departments and venue staff to increase brand visibility, improve customer engagement and support commercial growth.

This is a customer-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, commercial awareness and the ability to influence at every level within the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospitality operators across London.
  • Deliver engaging presentations, product tastings and training sessions to customers and venue teams.
  • Support customer meetings, trade events and promotional activities.
  • Ensure excellent execution of brand standards within venues.
  • Understand customer objectives and tailor activation plans accordingly.

Brand Activation

  • Plan and deliver high-quality consumer and trade activations.
  • Work collaboratively with customer marketing teams to maximise promotional opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for digital and social media activity to increase brand visibility.
  • Measure the success of activations and provide feedback to improve future campaigns.

Business Development

  • Develop relationships that lead to increased product distribution and visibility.
  • Support customers in driving sales through staff engagement and education.
  • Identify new commercial opportunities within existing customer groups.
  • Contribute ideas that enhance brand presence and consumer engagement.

Networking & Industry Presence

  • Represent the business at hospitality and industry events.
  • Build an influential network across London's hospitality community.
  • Act as a passionate ambassador for the company's premium portfolio.
  • Maintain an active and professional social media presence aligned with company values.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about hospitality and enjoys building genuine relationships.

You will ideally have:

  • Experience within hospitality, FMCG, drinks, foodservice or a customer-facing commercial role.
  • A strong understanding of the London on-trade market.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • A confident and engaging personality with the ability to influence others.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach to work.
  • A full UK driving licence.

Desirable

  • Existing network of contacts within London's hospitality sector.
  • Experience delivering brand activations or promotional events.
  • Commercial awareness with an understanding of sales growth and customer development.
