Pay: £12.71 per hour + up to 15% quarterly bonus (OTE up to £14.61 per hour)

A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential for this role.
Join Smollan as a Brand Ambassador representing Mondelez—the team behind some of the UK’s most loved treats, including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita, and Maynards Bassetts!
If you enjoy working independently, building relationships, and making a real impact in stores, we'd love to hear from you.
You don't need previous field marketing experience - we're looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and willingness to learn, and full training will be provided.
Why You’ll Love This Role
- Independence: Manage your own territory, plan your store visits, and run your day.
- No Field Experience Needed: We hire for attitude, personality, and potential—we’ll teach you the rest!
- Iconic Portfolio: Represent brands everyone already knows and loves.
- Great Work-Life Balance: Set days (Tues–Thurs) with weekends off.
What You’ll Actually Be Doing
If you've never worked in field marketing, don't worry—there’s no cold calling or pushy sales! You are simply the face of Cadbury and Oreo in your local supermarkets.
On a typical day, you will:
- Build displays and increase brand presence: Set up eye-catching promotional stands and arrange shelves so products look irresistible.
- Ensure products are available and visible: Check that products aren't stuck in store stockrooms and get them onto the shop floor.
- Build relationships: Communicate with store managers as a trusted ambassador for Mondelez brands to secure the best display spots in store.
- Provide insights and feedback: Using a tablet to snap photos of your displays and record your store visits and insights.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
