What's the role about?

Brand Ambassador

Are you confident, proactive, and great with people?

Field-Based | Permanent | 24 hours per week

  • Pay: £12.71 per hour + up to 15% quarterly bonus
  • OTE: up to £14.61 per hour
  • Days: Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
  • Territory: LLandudno, Bangor, Rhyl, Wrexham and surrounds

A full UK driving licence and access to your own car are essential for this role.

Smollan are looking for a Brand Ambassador to represent Mondelez, some of the UK's favourite brands, including Cadbury, Oreo, Belvita, and Maynards Bassetts.

If you enjoy working independently, building relationships and making a real impact in stores, we'd love to hear from you.

You don't need previous field marketing experience - we're looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and willingness to learn, and full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing

Building relationships

  • Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues
  • Become a trusted ambassador for Mondelez brands within your territory
  • Communicate confidently and positively with people at all levels

Making an impact in stores

  • Create eye-catching displays and promotional features
  • Ensure products are available, visible and well presented for shoppers
  • Identify opportunities to improve brand presence and availability

Managing your territory

  • Plan and manage your own store visits
  • Work independently and take ownership of your activity
  • Identify opportunities and use your initiative to get the best results
  • Share insights and feedback from your stores

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who demonstrates:

  • Initiative - You're proactive, take ownership and are comfortable working independently
  • Confidence & charisma - You're a natural communicator who enjoys building relationships and engaging with people
  • Growth mindset - You're curious, willing to learn and keen to develop your skills

Experience in retail, customer service, merchandising or a field-based role is desirable, but not essential as full training will be provided.

Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys being out and about, is confident representing leading brands and takes pride in getting things done.
