About the role
Nutty Nest is looking for confident, friendly, and enthusiastic Brand Ambassadors to represent our premium food brand at Costco testing stations.
This is a customer-facing role for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, food, and sales.
You’ll introduce Costco shoppers to Nutty Nest products, offer samples, explain what makes our products different, and create an experience that encourages customers to discover and purchase the range.
This isn't simply about handing out samples. It's about creating a great customer experience and representing the Nutty Nest brand.
What you'll do
- Represent Nutty Nest professionally and enthusiastically at Costco.
- Welcome and engage shoppers in a friendly and confident way.
- Offer product samples and encourage customers to try the range.
- Explain the taste, ingredients, and story behind Nutty Nest.
- Answer customer questions confidently.
- Recommend products based on customer preferences.
- Help turn product sampling into genuine sales opportunities.
- Keep the sampling station clean, organised, and professionally presented.
- Follow Costco, food safety, and Nutty Nest procedures.
- Capture useful feedback on customer reactions and preferences.
- Work positively as part of the Nutty Nest team.

About Nutty Nest
Nutty Nest is a British premium food brand creating innovative natural spreads and honey products.
Our range includes:
- 🥜 Golden Blend — peanut butter with extra virgin olive oil & honey.
- 🌰 Almond Butter with Argan Oil & Honey.
- 🍯 Argan Honey.
- 🌿 Shilajit Honey.
- 🍯 Raw English Honey.
We're building Nutty Nest across UK retail and are growing our customer-facing activity through Costco.
Shift options
We currently have two shift patterns:
- ☀️ Day Shift
- 10:00am – 4:00pm
- 6 hours
- 🌙 Afternoon / Evening Shift
- 4:00pm – 8:30pm
- 4.5 hours
Weekend availability will be required for Costco testing-station activity.

Pay
National Minimum Wage / National Living Wage applicable to the successful candidate, depending on age and employment status.

Hiring process

Step 2: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for a brief interview/conversation.
Step 3: Successful candidates will receive confirmation of their Costco location and available shifts.
Step 4: Product and brand training will be provided before your first shift.
