About DIGI UK
DIGI UK is part of the Digi Communications group, one of Europe's leading telecom operators, with over 25 years of experience building and running our own full-fibre and mobile networks across the continent. We're bringing that same track record of dense fibre infrastructure, competitive pricing, and reliable service to UK households, backed by a company that owns and operates its network end-to-end rather than reselling someone else's. DIGI is growing across the UK — and we're growing our sales team with it.
Your role
We're looking for Brand Ambassadors and Junior Sales Representatives who are confident, energetic and enjoy meeting people. No telecoms experience? No problem — we'll provide full training, ongoing support and everything you need to get started.
You'll represent DIGI in local communities, meeting potential customers, introducing our brand and helping people discover our Full Fibre services. You'll work independently and alongside our growing sales team at residential locations, community events and local promotional activities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
