Reports to: Head of Marketing

About LILY & ROO

Founded in 2018, LILY & ROO is a fast-growing British jewellery brand creating beautifully handmade jewellery for life’s most meaningful moments. From weddings, birthdays and anniversaries to christenings and everyday gifting, our collections are designed to be treasured. Around 40% of our jewellery is handmade by our team near London, combining thoughtful personalisation with premium quality and attention to detail.

The Role

We are looking for a Brand and Content Manager with at least three years’ experience in content marketing, social media marketing and brand campaigns. This is an ideal next step for a Senior Marketing Executive ready to take ownership of organic social media, content strategy, influencer marketing and brand partnerships within a growing e-commerce jewellery brand.

This is a creative, hands-on role. You will work collaboratively with our Marketing Executive and Junior Marketing Executive, providing clear briefs and helping the team deliver the marketing calendar. You will also support the Head of Marketing with wider brand strategy, PR and photoshoots.

Key Accountabilities

Content and Social Media

  • Own and deliver the content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, email and the website.
  • Lead the creation of engaging, on-brand content for product launches, campaigns and key trading moments.
  • Plan, schedule and publish organic social content using Later.
  • Create clear briefs for colleagues, creators and external partners, ensuring content is delivered on time and to a consistently high standard.
  • Monitor performance and use results to improve organic reach, engagement and commercial effectiveness.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
