Job Title

Designed for those who live boldly, Rat & Boa evokes a spirit of adventure, sensuality and duality. Each piece reflects our commitment to style that's both timeless and fresh, made for hedonistic women who make their own rules.

Purpose

Our creative directors set the direction for the brand each season. You'll work closely alongside them to execute their vision, leading a talented in-house team to turn that direction into high performance, on-brand assets.

Strategy and execution aren't separate here. Once the content plan is set, you'll be hands-on in making sure it's rolled out. You'll own all digital touchpoints and be the point of accountability for team output to CD's.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Execution

  • Work alongside creative directors to execute the content strategy for each season
  • Make sure the team has a clear, shared understanding of what's expected from them and the support and tools to make it happen
  • Own the social calendar; your Social Lead will work within it

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
