Brand and Creative Designer
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand and Creative Designer based in the United Kingdom.
This is a senior, hands-on creative role with ownership of a growing B2B brand’s visual identity and creative direction.
You’ll shape how the brand looks, feels, and communicates across digital and offline touchpoints. From campaigns and websites to events, product launches, social content, and sales materials, your work will have broad visibility.
You’ll translate commercial and marketing objectives into distinctive concepts, visual narratives, and scalable creative systems. Working with internal teams, external agencies, and developers, you’ll combine strategic direction with practical creative execution.

- Translate business and marketing strategies into distinctive creative concepts, campaigns, and compelling visual narratives.
- Maintain and develop the brand system, including guidelines, templates, imagery, typography, presentation standards, and visual principles.
- Establish creative direction across websites, product launches, social media, events, video, sales collateral, employer branding, and internal communications.
- Work closely with internal designers, external agencies, developers, and other creative specialists by creating clear briefs, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Develop campaign concepts from initial ideas through delivery, coordinating the people, resources, and workflows required for execution.
- Use AI-enabled tools for creative exploration, image and video production, rapid prototyping, content versioning, and workflow automation.
- Build scalable templates, processes, and creative systems that enable teams to produce high-quality, on-brand materials efficiently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
