Marketing & Brand Executive
Salary: £29,000–£32,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Carlton Towers, North Yorkshire
Reports to: Commercial Manager
About Carlton Towers
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing & Brand Executive to join the commercial team at Carlton Towers. Carlton Towers is a privately owned stately home hosting weddings, private and corporate events, retreats, and a vibrant calendar of public events. The Estate also includes guest accommodation, holiday cottages, a vineyard producing sparkling wine, and the Stables Tearoom.
This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and commercially minded marketer to help grow the profile of Carlton Towers and strengthen its position as one of Yorkshire’s leading heritage destinations.
The Role
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver marketing campaigns across weddings, retreats, corporate, and seasonal events.
- Manage social media and create engaging content across digital channels.
- Manage and continuously improve the website, including SEO and enquiry conversion.
- Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns.
- Develop content including photography, video, blogs, PR, and social media.
- Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
- Develop partnerships and PR opportunities to increase brand awareness.
- Work closely with the commercial team to generate quality enquiries.
- Monitor marketing performance, including enquiries, engagement, ROI, and database growth.
- Use data and insight to improve marketing activity.

Skills You Will Bring
- Experience in a marketing, brand, communications, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative, organized, and commercially minded.
- Good understanding of website management and SEO.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- A genuine interest in hospitality, events, heritage, and destination marketing.
- A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach.
- Proven experience of Squarespace and good understanding of Google Analytics.
