TRI-FIT Athletic | Wetherby, West Yorkshire | On-site | Full-time | Salary: [competitive, dependent on experience]
THE ROLE
TRI-FIT makes premium-to-elite tri-suits and multi-sport apparel for triathletes and endurance athletes, including the award-winning EVO tri-suit. We need an experienced Brand & Marketing Lead to coordinate every channel (email, app, social, paid, SEO, PR and content) into one brand calendar.
This is an execution-focused role based in the office. You will see the product pipeline early, so marketing is ready before each launch. You work directly with the founder and closely with the Community & Athlete Manager, photographers, athletes, agencies and partners.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the company-wide marketing and campaign calendar and coordinate product launches across channels.
- Manage or run email marketing in Klaviyo, and own the TRI-FIT App.
- Manage our Google Ads, SEO and PR providers.
- Interpret analytics to direct ad spend, reduce CAC and improve lifetime value.
- Own the marketing budget: track spend against plan, reallocate to what converts, forecast ahead of launches and events, and report monthly on spend, CAC and ROI by channel.
- Plan studio and location shoots, and gather content from professional athletes and affiliates.
- Manage press, advertising, advertorial and reviews, directly or through our PR agency.
- Report on product, colour and category trends.
- Plan campaigns around the race calendar (Worlds, Kona, Challenge Roth and similar).
- Help shape brand vision and strategy with the founder.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
