Centrepoint
The UK’s leading youth homelessness charity, is looking for a Brand and Marketing Manager to join our team based in Aldgate, London.
About us
We help vulnerable young people by giving them the practical and emotional support they need to find a job and live independently. Centrepoint provides homeless young people with accommodation, health support, and life skills in order to get them back into education, training, and employment. We want to end youth homelessness by 2037.
Together with our partners, we support over 15,000 young people each year.
The role
As Brand and Marketing Manager, you will develop and champion Centrepoint’s brand across our communications and marketing activity. You will lead integrated brand marketing campaigns that increase awareness, strengthen engagement with key audiences, and support our fundraising, influencing, and organisational objectives. Working collaboratively across teams, you will provide expert brand guidance and lead brand projects from brief through to evaluation.
Office-based working
Colleagues are required to spend a minimum of 50% of their working week in our offices and must be able to commit to this requirement each week. For most full-time colleagues, this means attending the office for five days over a two-week period (e.g., two days one week and three days the next). For colleagues on different contracts (including part-time or compressed contracts) this will be adjusted accordingly. Our core working hours are 9:30am to 4:30pm, and colleagues must be in the office during these times.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
