Brand and Marketing Manager - Luxury Resortwear

London

Up to £65,000 per annum based on experience + benefits

The Company

Our client is a British luxury resortwear and accessories brand renowned for its sophisticated holiday collections and technical expertise in fit. Offering everything from swimwear and beachwear to linen separates and accessories, the brand creates timeless, investment-worthy pieces inspired by iconic destinations around the world.

With a loyal following among discerning travellers, celebrities, and fashion-conscious customers, the brand is stocked internationally through leading luxury retailers, alongside its own boutiques and online store.

The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Marketing Manager will lead the brand's marketing function, developing and delivering strategic initiatives to increase brand awareness, strengthen customer engagement, and drive commercial growth across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with brand objectives, collections, and market trends
  • Manage the brand identity and ensure a consistent luxury brand voice and visual direction across all channels
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns, including pop-ups, partnerships, collaborations, and VIP events
  • Oversee digital marketing activity across SEO, paid media, email, and online content
  • Lead the social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
  • Monitor fashion, consumer, and competitor trends to identify opportunities for growth and brand development
  • Manage marketing budgets and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key insights
  • Collaborate with design, sales, e-commerce, and retail teams to deliver a cohesive brand experience
  • Develop and maintain the brand book, ensuring all communications reflect the brand's positioning and key messages
  • Develop the visual merchandising policy in line with the wider marketing strategy and oversee store collateral

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing, ideally within luxury fashion, retail, or lifestyle
  • Proven experience developing and executing brand and digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of social media, digital marketing, and current fashion trends
  • Experience working within a premium or luxury brand environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of consumer behaviour
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills
  • Creative mindset with a strong eye for aesthetics and brand consistency
  • Experience using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing platforms
  • Degree in Marketing, Fashion Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is desirable
