CREATINE INFUSED PROTEIN
Marketing & Brand Manager
ABOUT HUSTLE
Hustle is a creatine-infused protein bar built for people who train hard and live well. The brand is rooted in health and fitness, the gym, sports nutrition, and the everyday active consumer, and over the last twelve months it's moved from a blueprint to a proven base, with distribution secured across gyms, universities, vending, retail and wholesale.
We're scaling fast. With multiple routes to market open, e-commerce building, and significant growth on the horizon, we're bringing marketing in-house to power the next phase. This is a rare chance to take a distinctive, fast-growing brand and own how it shows up in the world.
THE ROLE
We're looking for a Marketing & Brand Manager to own the day-to-day marketing engine and act as guardian of the Hustle brand. You'll sit at the centre of our marketing structure, turning our plan into executed campaigns, coordinating our specialist agencies, running our own channels, and making sure Hustle shows up consistently everywhere our customers train, play and buy.
Where the role sits
- Works alongside: Our Tiktok agency, our Amazon marketplace agency, and the field sales operation.
- Manages: agency and partner relationships, freelancers and contractors, POS / print / merchandise suppliers, and the marketing budget.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Brand guardian
- Own and protect the Hustle brand identity, tone of voice and visual standards across every touchpoint.
- Keep the brand rooted in its health and fitness core (the gym, creatine and protein, the active consumer) while broadening its appeal outward into social sport, wellness, the workplace, convenience and grocery.
- Tailor tone, imagery and messaging to each environment and consumer segment, leading with the highest-priority benefit per channel. Our ICP spans serious gym-goers and students through to golfers, racket-sports players, wellness studios, office workers, convenience shoppers and health-food buyers, as set out in the brand's Environment, Consumer and USP Strategy Map.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines, and make sure agencies, partners and retailers apply them consistently.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
