This is the organisational centre of the studio — a wide-ranging, hands-on role that touches every part of the business. We're looking for someone with real energy and meticulousness — who takes genuine pride in keeping things running and thrives in a fast-moving, independent team. It's a full-time, in-person role, working alongside the team in our Temple studio.
What you'll do
- Studio & operations: keep the studio running and organised — managing deliveries, sample organisation, and supporting on component sends to manufacturers.
- Office & facilities: first point of contact for suppliers, deliveries and day-to-day upkeep.
- Admin & coordination: calendars, meeting notes and agendas, travel; databases, shared folders and asset organisation; invoice recording and budget tracking.
- Samples, press & gifting: sample tracking and care; press coverage tracking and reports; gifting log.
- Marketing & production support: social posting and reporting; shoot production and post-production; design support as needed.
- Champion the studio's culture and ways of working.

About you
- Exceptionally organised
- Energetic and adaptable — you move between tasks with ease and stay calm under pressure.
- Meticulous — you care about the details.
- Discreet — comfortable handling confidential information.
- Tech-confident — comfortable across Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and quick to find your way around new systems. Any experience with Figma, Canva, Adobe, or platforms like Shopify and Klaviyo is a welcome bonus.
- Curious and open — genuinely interested in craft, knitwear and the world of an independent brand, and ready to get stuck in wherever needed.
