Job Title: Brand Assistant

Location: London, 4 days in the office

Department: Brand & Commercial

Reports to: Head of Brand Development, working in close partnership with the Commercial, Operations, and Production teams

Brand Focus: A.W.A.K.E. MODE, part of the Another Community portfolio

About Another Community

Another Community is a venture-backed fashion company building the brands of tomorrow. With a focus on creativity, community, and commercial excellence, our portfolio includes Donde Esteban and A.W.A.K.E. MODE. We are looking for a Brand Assistant to support the continued growth of A.W.A.K.E. MODE across its brand, commercial, and wholesale activity.

Role Overview

As Brand Assistant, you will support the day-to-day running of A.W.A.K.E. MODE across brand development and commercial operations. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand Development, and working closely with our wholesale agency, you will help keep the brand's wholesale, sample, and market activity moving smoothly, from seasonal market preparation to retailer communication and sell-through reporting. This is a hands-on, detail-driven role for someone with solid commercial experience in a fashion brand environment who wants broad exposure to how a contemporary luxury brand is built and scaled.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
