Junior Brand Associate
I am working with a luxury skincare brand who is looking to bring on a Junior to assist within this brand associate position. This role requires someone integrated as it will require creative tasks as well as admin. Plus if you have industry experience
Start Date: Asap (interviews will be scheduled for end of this week)
Duration: 3 months (likely to be rolling)
Day rate: the pay rate is up 120 per day for this position, as the role is inside IR35 the contractor must go through an Umbrella company.
Hybrid working: 2-3 days office based rest WFH
Description
Brand Admin responsibilities
- Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations within the brand team, including vendor setup and purchase order creation.
- Own the organisation, maintenance, and continuous updating of brand files and documentation.
- Support campaign reporting by gathering and consolidating key performance data.
- Assist in the creation and design of presentations for internal and external use.
- Contribute to creative ideation for brand concepts, campaigns, and activations, and support project status tracking and updates.

2D artwork & copywriting
- Resize and adapt assets for retail partners, including banners, PDP assets, and SIS screen content.
- Assist with video editing, resizing, and creation of user-generated content (UGC).
- Support the creation of event collateral and activation materials.
- Contribute to drafting and refining written content for product and brand collateral.

- Assist in the execution of new launches and in-store activations in collaboration with retail partners (e.g., Boots, Sephora, Selfridges), including sample and collateral distribution and on-site operational support during events.
Skills and Qualifications Needed
- Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple projects in parallel.
- Strong collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across teams.
- Basic skills in graphic design and video editing to support content creation needs.
- Basic experience with tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop and Premiere Pro).
