Brand Assurance Specialist Apprentice
Join the Brand Licensing team as a Brand Assurance Specialist Apprentice, supporting licensed product and marketing projects. You'll manage communications, track project progress, organise documentation, support approvals, and build skills in stakeholder management, project coordination, record keeping, and business communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Support licensed products and marketing materials to ensure they meet brand and IP guidelines
- Support external partners by responding to queries and providing feedback on creative assets
- Coordinate project reviews, approvals, and feedback between internal teams and partners
- Track the progress of multiple projects, ensuring milestones and deadlines are met
- Assist with project kick-off meetings, explaining approval processes, timelines, and expectations
- Organise and share approved brand assets, legal text, and other licensing materials
- Work closely with IP owners and internal stakeholders to ensure feedback is addressed and projects stay on track
- Monitor gameplay, marketing assets, and game builds throughout development and launch
- Maintain clear and timely communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Update project tracking tools, highlighting progress, risks, and next steps

- Identify and flag potential risks relating to legal compliance, brand reputation, or licensing requirements
- Support the implementation of processes and safeguards to protect licensed brands and content
- Escalate issues when required and help ensure risks are managed effectively throughout the project lifecycle
