Brand Awareness Cold Outreach Telecaller
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Brand Awareness Cold Outreach Telecaller based in United Kingdom.
This is a remote opportunity for a confident and persuasive communicator focused on building awareness and engagement through proactive outreach.
You will connect with prospective customers by phone and introduce them to free educational events, competitions, and community learning experiences.
The role combines cold calling, relationship building, customer engagement, and follow-up to encourage participation in upcoming activities.
You will promote a diverse range of experiences, including baking and cooking sessions, Spell Bee competitions, Chess and Math tournaments, and Yoga events.
Success will depend on your ability to communicate clearly, handle objections positively, and create genuine interest through engaging conversations.
You will also capture prospect feedback and work with the marketing team to improve messaging and outreach strategies.
This role is well suited to someone who enjoys speaking with people, is passionate about education and learning, and can work independently in a flexible remote environment.
Accountabilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to curated prospect lists to introduce the free learning community and create awareness of available experiences.
- Clearly communicate upcoming educational events and competitions, including baking, cooking, Yoga, Spell Bee, Chess, Math, and other community activities.
- Build rapport with prospects through engaging, professional, and meaningful conversations that encourage interest and participation.
- Answer basic questions about available events and provide prospects with accurate and relevant information.
- Identify levels of interest, capture customer feedback and responses, and maintain accurate records in the relevant system.
- Follow up with interested prospects to encourage participation and support engagement with upcoming events.
- Work closely with the marketing team to refine outreach messaging, improve call effectiveness, and identify opportunities to strengthen engagement strategies.
- Meet agreed daily and weekly call targets while contributing to broader community awareness and engagement goals.

Requirements
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English, with additional language skills considered an advantage.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, customer service, community outreach, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
- A confident, persuasive, and professional communication style with the ability to engage prospects effectively over the phone.
- Strong listening and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand prospect needs and respond appropriately.
- Ability to handle rejection, objections, and challenging conversations positively and professionally.
- Genuine interest in education, learning, online communities, and community-building initiatives.
- Strong self-motivation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to manage outreach activity, follow-ups, and call targets consistently.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms or call-logging software is an advantage.
