Professional Beauty Systems
Professional Beauty Systems is one of the UK's leading professional hair and beauty businesses, home to a portfolio of established and growing brands.
We're looking for an experienced Brand Campaigns Manager to join our marketing team and help develop and deliver creative, commercially effective campaigns that build brand equity, drive engagement and support category growth.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager for one of the company’s flagship brands, you'll take responsibility for developing and managing the annual brand campaign calendar, leading campaigns from initial idea and planning through to successful execution.
You'll bring strong experience in brand campaign development, experiential marketing and activations, alongside the project management skills and commercial acumen required to successfully deliver complex, multi-channel campaigns across both B2B and B2C audiences.
THE ROLE
You'll play a key role in shaping how our brands connect with their audiences – developing original campaign ideas, managing integrated campaign launches and creating memorable brand activations.
Working collaboratively with our content and digital teams, you'll ensure campaigns are brought to life consistently across paid media, social, websites, Amazon, email, PR, influencer activity and wider marketing channels.
Helping support the continued development of our influencer network, bringing experience in identifying and sourcing relevant creators and developing strong influencer relationships that can support campaigns, activations and wider brand-building activity.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
