Brand & Campaigns Marketing Manager

Exclusive opportunity to join a growing telecoms business as Brand & Campaigns Marketing Manager, taking ownership of brand development and integrated campaign delivery across consumer and business markets.

This is a broad, commercially focused role combining brand strategy with hands-on campaign execution. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, above-the-line activity, organic social and hyper-local marketing, ensuring brand investment drives awareness, engagement and measurable customer growth.

Hybrid working – 3 days in Oxfordshire office, 2 from home

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and evolution of the brand, positioning, messaging and creative frameworks.
  • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across consumer and business audiences.
  • Manage campaigns across paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring consistent messaging and strong commercial outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver hyper-local and community marketing programmes tailored to different geographic markets.
  • Lead above-the-line activity across channels including TV, radio, OOH, sponsorship and local media.
  • Own organic social media and content strategy, including channel planning and editorial calendars.
  • Manage creative, media and production agencies, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective use of budget.
  • Work closely with performance, digital, lifecycle and B2B marketing teams to connect brand activity with customer acquisition and engagement.
  • Partner with insight and analytics teams to measure brand health, campaign effectiveness, ROI and customer penetration.
  • Embed a structured test-and-learn approach across campaigns, creative, media and local marketing activity.
  • Support PR, sponsorships, proposition launches and major external communications.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience in brand management, integrated marketing or marketing communications, ideally within telecoms.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, creative development and campaign planning.
  • Experience managing above-the-line media campaigns and external agency partners.
  • Experience of regional, community or hyper-local marketing would be advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of organic social media and content strategy.
  • Commercially focused, with experience using campaign and customer data to optimise marketing performance.
  • Able to combine strategic brand thinking with hands-on campaign delivery in a fast-paced environment.
