Job Description
Build brand awareness, trust, and advocacy whilst delivering integrated campaigns and community marketing that generate profitable customer growth.
The role will ensure every customer interaction reinforces the Company’s reputation whilst delivering measurable commercial outcomes. In addition to leading our brand and campaign activity, you will champion the Company’s Community Marketing Strategy, ensuring we build trusted relationships within the rural communities we serve whilst creating a sustainable source of local advocacy and customer growth.
Working closely with Performance Marketing, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, B2B Marketing, and the Head of Digital & Web, you will develop compelling campaigns that connect brand activity with customer acquisition, community engagement, and long-term customer value. Developing strong partnerships with creative, media, and production agencies, will be pivotal to support your and our commercial ambitions.
You will combine strategic brand thinking with outstanding campaign execution, ensuring Gigaclear develops a distinctive market position whilst maintaining a relentless focus on commercial performance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Brand Strategy
- Lead the continued evolution of our brand, ensuring it remains distinctive, trusted, and relevant to customers, communities, and business partners.
Lead Integrated Marketing Campaigns
- Develop and deliver integrated quarterly marketing campaigns that support our commercial priorities across Consumer and Business markets.
- Working alongside Performance Marketing, Digital, Customer Lifecycle Marketing, and B2B Marketing, create campaigns that combine brand awareness, customer acquisition, and customer engagement into a single, coordinated programme.
Hyper Local Marketing & Community Activation
- Develop and lead our hyper-local community-based marketing strategy, positioning the Company as a trusted and active member of the communities it serves, whilst using insight and intelligence to continuously optimise campaign performance, customer penetration, and ARPU.
- Collaborate closely with the Community Activation & Local Growth field teams, to develop a scalable marketing toolkit, including referral & affiliate schemes, ensuring every initiative reinforces our brand whilst delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
- Working alongside Commercial Insight & Intelligence, use property-level and community-level insight to prioritise marketing investment, identify local opportunities, and continuously optimise campaign performance.

Organic Social Media & Content Strategy
- Own our organic social media strategy and channel management across all owned social platforms.
- Develop and deliver a content strategy that strengthens brand awareness, engagement, advocacy, and community connection.
PR & Corporate Communications
- Support the development of positive brand awareness through close collaboration with Corporate Communications and PR.
- Coordinate marketing activity supporting major announcements, proposition launches, sponsorships, community initiatives, and external communications.
- Ensure all external communications reinforce our brand positioning and contribute to long-term reputation building.
Campaign Performance & Brand Insight
- Work closely with the Commercial Insight & Intelligence team to evaluate campaign performance and understand the effectiveness of brand investment.
Embed Test & Learn Campaign Capability
- Create a culture of experimentation across Gigaclear’s brand, campaigns, and community marketing activity.
- Evaluate campaign performance using both commercial and brand metrics, ensuring learning from every campaign informs future planning.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
- You will have significant experience in brand management, integrated marketing campaigns, or marketing communications, ideally within telecommunications, utilities, or another customer-focused subscription business.
- Bring a strong understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, media management, and creative development, together with experience managing agency partners and delivering integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
- Experience of community marketing, regional campaigns, hyper-local marketing, and activation programmes would be highly advantageous, particularly within organisations serving geographically diverse customer bases.
