We are Two Circles, a Sports & Entertainment Marketing business.

We grow audiences and revenues by knowing fans best.

We work with clients to help them understand & influence what their fans are doing - the way fans spend their money, the events that fans attend, the channels fans respond to, the content fans watch and more. And we use the understanding this gives us to help our clients grow. Grow their audiences and grow their revenues - both direct to consumer and business to business revenues.

Our platforms and services are trusted by over 900 clients globally, including the English Premier League, Red Bull, UEFA, VISA, the NFL, Nike and Amazon. We are almost 1000 people, based out of 14 offices, and we deliver work for sports and entertainment businesses of all shapes and sizes all over the world

About The Role

We're looking for a Brand & Communications Executive to join our team in London. This role sits at the intersection of external communications, social content and internal engagement, making it ideal for someone who is passionate about sport and storytelling.

As part of our global Brand Operations team, you'll help tell the Two Circles story across our owned channels, support internal communications and celebrate our clients' success. You'll work closely with teams across the global to deliver engaging content, support PR activity and help strengthen the Two Circles brand.

What You'll Do

  • Support external communications by drafting press releases, finding supporting data and drafting other communications materials. Maintain media lists and support media outreach activity
  • Manage content across our corporate social media channels and website, ensuring regular, engaging and brand-aligned updates
  • Assist with internal communications, including company updates, presentations and employee news
  • Help promote client announcements and success stories across Two Circles' owned and earned channels
  • Monitor media coverage and campaign performance, producing reports and insights to help inform future communications
  • Work closely with colleagues across our global offices to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned
  • Support the wider Brand Operations team with communications campaigns, events and day-to-day activity

Requirements

What You'll Bring

  • Ideally have early experience in a PR, communications or marketing role, either in-house or at an agency
  • Excellent writing skills and the ability to adapt your tone for different audiences and channels
  • Experience managing corporate social media channels is desirable
  • A passion for sport and entertainment, with a curiosity for the trends shaping the industry
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, organised self-starter who enjoys taking ownership
  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build strong relationships across teams
  • Enthusiastic, reliable and excited by the opportunity to help tell the Two Circles story
