Brand Communication Manager

A Japanese global brand is currently recruiting a Brand Communication Manager.

The Brand Communication Manager will be responsible for developing global communication strategies, managing branding initiatives, and ensuring consistent brand execution across multiple regions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global brand communication strategies and annual communication plans
  • Manage brand positioning and ensure consistent application of global brand guidelines
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, PR, and events
  • Manage external creative, PR, and marketing agencies to deliver brand initiatives
  • Plan and monitor communication KPIs and evaluate campaign effectiveness
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen global brand value and consistency
  • Support and develop team members while promoting best practice in brand communication

Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years' experience in brand management or brand communications
  • Experience within a global B2C brand environment
  • Strong knowledge of integrated marketing communications including digital media, PR, and social media
  • Experience developing and implementing global brand guidelines
  • Proven leadership and project management experience
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working with external agencies
  • In-house graphic or digital design experience would be advantageous

Conditions

  • Location: London
  • Working Style: Office-based
  • Salary: £57,000 per annum depending on experience
  • Job Type: permanent, full-time
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday
  • Start: negotiable
