Job Description:
We are looking for a Brand Community Strategist to support the French market, who is located in UK, Ireland, or Netherlands. While many brands know how to buy ads, very few know how to "speak Client". This role is designed for a community-obsessed strategist who can bridge the gap between corporate marketing objectives and the authentic, often-unfiltered world of Client communities.
As a Brand Community Strategist, you will serve as a subject matter expert supporting brand partner requests across their community Client journeys and building their trust in Client as a marketing platform. You will partner with our sales teams to respond to inbound partner needs, recommend where and how brands should engage, advice on community etiquette (Reddiquette), and guide overall community activation strategies. You are part creative strategist, part community diplomat, and part consultative educator.
Core Responsibilities
- Organic Strategy & Recommendations: Respond to partner requests by advising where and how a brand should engage organically across subClients. Deliver tactical community engagement recommendations tailored by specific use cases, such as customer care, fandom, and organic campaigns.
- Copywriting Education & Enablement: Educate brand teams on best practices for tone and voice, providing guidance on copywriting for posts, comments, and AMA responses.
- Moderation & Community Guidance: Advise brands on moderator outreach, navigating community rules, and adhering to moderation best practices to foster positive community integration.
- Profile Setup & Tools Activation: Guide brand partners through profile setup, verification, and utilizing Client Pro listening features as key components of organic activation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support partner requests in partnership with Sales and Client Partner teams, helping brand marketing teams navigate internal approvals while understanding Client's unique ecosystem.
- Product Feedback: Synthesize trends and insights from partner inquiries to feed back to Product and Engineering teams, helping improve tools for brand presences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
