BRAND CONTENT CREATOR

Location: London, Covent Garden

ABOUT VIEVE

Founded by makeup artist Jamie Genevieve, VIEVE is shaped by years of real-world experience — from working on makeup counters to building a global online community that values honesty over hype.

Since launching in 2020, VIEVE has experienced rapid growth, becoming one of the UK’s most exciting beauty brands, with strong revenue performance and continued expansion across channels. Backed by Piper following investment in late 2025, we’re entering a pivotal stage of scale — making this an incredibly exciting time to join the business and help shape its future.

We create a carefully edited range of high-performance products that are powerful, versatile and easy to use, designed to fit seamlessly into everyday life and routines.

Artist-led and community-driven, VIEVE is aspirational yet accessible, with a deep understanding of the positive impact makeup can have on confidence and self-expression.

We live by our values of Respect, Inspire and Own It, Together, and we’re building an inclusive team who share our passion for beauty and people. Join us at VIEVE and be part of a brand built on artistry, honesty and community, with the ambition and backing to scale globally.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a talented, ideas-led Brand Content Creator to join the VIEVE Creative Team.

Reporting to the Creative Lead, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, edgy, distinctive and beautifully executed content that brings the VIEVE brand and products to life across organic social, paid social, CRM, website, retail and wider brand channels.

This is a hands-on creative role for someone who can think of the idea, shoot it, edit it and deliver it. You’ll be equally comfortable behind a camera, filming on an iPhone, editing short-form video, creating still-life content or building quick, beautifully branded assets in Canva.

You’ll have a strong instinct for what makes great beauty content, but just as importantly, you’ll understand brand — ensuring everything you create feels unmistakably VIEVE.

You’ll work closely with the Creative Lead and our Social, Brand, Marketing, E-commerce and Performance teams to translate briefs, launches and cultural moments into content that feels relevant, engaging and effective.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

CREATE

  • Conceptualise, shoot and edit high-quality still and video content across VIEVE’s channels, including Instagram, TikTok, paid social, CRM, website and retail.
  • Create everything from quick-turnaround social content and product EGC to polished product stills, campaign edits, GIFs and other digital assets.
  • Capture products beautifully, with a strong understanding of lighting, composition, texture, colour and movement.
  • Film and edit short-form video including product content, tutorials, trends, BTS, founder and talent content, and wider brand storytelling.
  • Create and adapt branded assets using Canva, working within established VIEVE brand guidelines.
  • Create engaging team-led content, confidently directing our Head Office team, store teams and retail partners when required.
  • Work directly with founder Jamie Genevieve to ideate, capture and develop engaging founder-led content.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

IDEATE & CONCEPT

  • Bring proactive, culturally relevant content ideas to the team.
  • Develop creative concepts for product launches, evergreen franchises, brand moments, cultural opportunities and social-first storytelling.
  • Stay close to emerging content formats, platform behaviours and trends, translating them through a VIEVE lens rather than simply following them.
  • Work with the Creative Lead and wider team to build content plans and identify opportunities to get more from shoots, launches and existing assets.
  • Continually look for new and unexpected ways to bring our products, people and brand world to life.

EDIT & DELIVER

  • Edit video content from initial selects through to final delivery, including pacing, sound, typography, transitions, grading and platform-specific formatting.
  • Edit and retouch still imagery for use across brand channels.
  • Resize, reformat and version creative for different channels and placements, understanding that what works organically may need to work differently across paid, CRM, web or retail.
  • Work quickly and confidently on reactive content while maintaining a consistently high creative standard.
  • Manage multiple briefs and deadlines, taking ownership of content through to final delivery.

PROTECT & EVOLVE THE BRAND

  • Develop a deep understanding of VIEVE’s visual identity, tone and creative codes.
  • Ensure content feels consistent with the wider VIEVE brand world while continually finding fresh ways to evolve it.
  • Understand the difference between content that is simply aesthetically strong and content that communicates a clear product, brand or commercial message.
  • Act as a guardian of visual consistency across the assets you create.

COLLABORATE

  • Work closely with the Creative Lead to execute the creative vision across day-to-day content.
  • Collaborate with Social to develop platform-native organic content and respond quickly to opportunities.
  • Work with Performance Marketing to create and iterate paid-social creative, responding to performance learnings without losing sight of the brand.
  • Collaborate with E-commerce and CRM to ensure digital content is both beautiful and commercially effective.
  • Support larger brand and campaign shoots, capturing additional social-first and behind-the-scenes content where required.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, becoming a go-to creative partner for content.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

You’re a multidisciplinary content creator with a strong visual eye and a genuine love of beauty, brand and culture.

You can take an idea from a rough thought to a finished piece of content without needing a large production around you. You understand what makes people stop scrolling, but you also care deeply about craft, composition and brand consistency.

You’re comfortable moving between fast, reactive content and more considered creative work, and you’re as excited about coming up with the idea as you are about making it happen.

You have:

  • Strong photography and videography skills, including shooting on both camera and mobile.
  • Excellent video editing skills and an instinctive understanding of short-form content.
  • Strong still-image editing and retouching skills.
  • Confidence working in Canva and adapting templates and brand assets.
  • Experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok and paid social.
  • An understanding of how creative needs to flex across social, web, CRM and retail.
  • A strong eye for typography, layout, colour, composition and art direction.
  • The ability to ideate and communicate creative concepts clearly.
  • An understanding of beauty products and how to make texture, application, finish and product benefits visually compelling.
  • The ability to work quickly, manage multiple briefs and prioritise effectively.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach and willingness to get stuck in.
