Are you obsessed with social media trends? Love creating content that stops people scrolling? Can you film, edit and produce engaging videos that tell a story?
We're looking for a creative, organised and ambitious Brand & Content Executive to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on bringing ideas to life through compelling content while helping shape a trusted financial services brand.
No two days are the same. One day you'll be capturing behind-the-scenes footage, the next you could be editing campaign videos, supporting a product launch, creating branded marketing materials or collaborating with colleagues across the business to uncover authentic stories worth sharing.
This role is being offered as hybrid, with remote working predominantly but with one day per week in our Bath office.
What you'll be doing
- Create, film, edit and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and emerging platforms.
- Use editing software such as CapCut, and Adobe Express to produce high-quality short-form video content that captures attention and drives engagement.
- Generate fresh content ideas that align with marketing campaigns, brand identity and business objectives.
- Stay ahead of social trends, identifying opportunities to create relevant and engaging content.
- Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximise reach and performance.
- Monitor content performance, analyse insights and continuously optimise future campaigns.
- Work closely with teams across the business to bring real customer stories and business initiatives to life.
- Support wider marketing campaigns with creative assets, branded collateral and communications.
- Champion our brand, ensuring consistency across every customer touchpoint.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with excellent organisation and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
You'll ideally have:
- Around 1-2 years' experience in a marketing, content or social media role.
- Strong filming and video editing skills with confidence using editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Express, Canva or similar.
- Experience creating engaging social-first content across multiple platforms.
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to write concise, engaging content that connects with audiences.
- A genuine passion for social media, content creation and digital storytelling.
- Great attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Confidence working with stakeholders across different teams.
- A proactive mindset with plenty of ideas and the enthusiasm to make them happen.
- An interest in marketing within financial services or another regulated industry.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
