About the Job
StubHub International (SHI) is a marketplace that provides fans a safe, transparent, and trusted environment to buy and sell tickets for sport and music events all over the world. It allows fans with tickets they can no longer use to recoup part of the money they’ve spent and fans that didn’t have the chance to buy tickets during the on-sale, to access them at any time.
Our Purpose: We create experiences of a lifetime.
At StubHub International, we share a set of values that define and drive our culture:
- We put fans first: We earn preference and trust by putting fans at the heart of everything we do.
- We Innovate: We deliver by challenging the status quo and finding faster, smarter and better ways of doing things.
- We are one team with a purpose: We believe and operate under the premise that we are better together than we are as individuals.
- We are diverse & inclusive: We value and learn from a range of perspectives and give all viewpoints credence.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a skilled Brand & Content Manager to join our team in London. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in brand strategy and content, with a solid understanding of how organic search and AI are changing the way people discover brands.
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, you'll bring our brand and content strategy to life for our most valuable fan segments and play a key role in shaping the wider brand and content team as it grows.
Responsibilities
- Action and deliver the brand positioning strategy for our most valuable fan segments.
- Deliver our content strategy, ensuring consistent, compelling messaging across every channel.
- Develop core brand and campaign content, from strategy through to execution-ready assets. You'll write as well as direct.
- Own how we approach and message around our live events calendar, from major football leagues to music tours and residencies.
- Shape our content strategy so it shows up in AI-powered search (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews), partnering with technical specialists to bring it to life.
- Deliver premium/VIP brand messaging in partnership with Product and Operations.
- Help shape the brand and content team's structure as it grows, working closely with the CMO on the talent and roles we need next.
- Partner cross-functionally with the wider marketing team on personalized, segment-specific content.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements
- Proven experience owning brand strategy and content for a B2C brand, ideally in a fast-moving or entertainment-adjacent industry.
- A natural storyteller with excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable producing content yourself and not only briefing others, in a hands-on, growing function.
- Genuine passion for live sport and music: you know your football leagues from your festival lineups and bring real curiosity and depth to the events we sell, not just marketing theory.
- Experience developing brand and content across multiple markets and languages. We operate in various languages, and great content here means adapting the story, not just translating it.
- A solid working understanding of SEO and how AI is reshaping content discovery, with a point of view on what brands should do about it, enough to shape strategy and brief specialists confidently, without being a technical SEO expert yourself.
- A track record of actually using AI tools and agents in your own work. You don't need to be a pioneer (everyone's still figuring this out), but you should already be leveraging them to boost your output and thinking about how they can make the brand more accessible across the business.
- Experience managing or developing a small team.
- Analytical mindset with a commercially focused outlook, able to interpret data and insights to drive decisions.
