The Opportunity

As our Brand & Content Specialist, you'll play a key role in producing and coordinating the assets, content, and creative output that bring Easee's campaigns and brand to life. Working closely with designers and (digital) marketing. It's a chance to dive deep into planning and delivering campaign assets, managing Easee's social media presence and partner and installer newsletters, and coordinate photo and video shoots for brand and campaign content. The role also acts as brand gatekeeper, safeguarding consistent use of the Easee brand and keeping our guidelines and assets current.

Core Outcomes
Short-term
- Establish smooth workflows with designers and digital marketing to deliver campaign assets on timeline and budget.
- Take over brand gatekeeping: review, approve, and maintain Easee’s brand guidelines, assets, and tone of voice.
- Coordinate upcoming photo/video shoot logistics, schedules, and external agency partners.
Long-term
- Drive and grow Easee’s social media presence through impactful corporate campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Own and optimize end-to-end partner and installer newsletter strategies using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Monitor content and campaign performance, using insights to continuously refine content output and brand reach.
What you need to bring along
- 3+ years of experience in brand, content, or digital marketing roles.
- Brand Governance: Proven experience maintaining brand guidelines, tone of voice, and managing brand assets.
- Content & Social Media: Strong content planning and social media management skills.
- Production Logistics: Hands-on experience coordinating photo/video shoots, managing external vendors (photographers/videographers), and managing budgets.
- Marketing Tools: Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM platforms (such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Relevant hands-on experience can compensate for formal education.
