About Neutonic

Neutonic is a fast-growing focus and cognitive performance brand building a new generation of products designed to help people perform at their best. We operate across DTC, Amazon, TikTok Shop and major retail in both the UK and US, with a growing portfolio spanning energy, focus and cognitive performance. As the business scales, we want to build an even stronger and more distinctive brand voice across every place our customers interact with us. We’re looking for a brilliant copywriter to help define exactly what Neutonic sounds like.

The Role

We’re looking for a Brand Copywriter to own and develop Neutonic’s tone of voice across the business.

This is not a content-production role where success is measured by how many blogs you can write. You’ll be responsible for the words that define the brand: how we explain our products, how we communicate their benefits, how we speak to customers and how Neutonic should sound across every channel. You’ll work closely with the Creative, E-commerce and Marketing teams to establish a clear messaging framework and then bring it to life across our website, email, social, campaigns and product launches.

Most importantly, you’ll be a genuinely excellent writer with a strong point of view on what makes brand copy good.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
