ABOUT US
Founded by makeup artist Jamie Genevieve, VIEVE is shaped by years of real-world experience — from working on makeup counters to building a global online community that values honesty over hype.
Since launching in 2020, VIEVE has experienced rapid growth, becoming one of the UK’s most exciting beauty brands, with strong revenue performance and continued expansion across channels. Backed by Piper following investment in late 2025, we’re entering a pivotal stage of scale — making this an incredibly exciting time to join the business and help shape its future.
We create a carefully edited range of high-performance products that are powerful, versatile and easy to use, designed to fit seamlessly into everyday life and routines.
Artist-led and community-driven, VIEVE is aspirational yet accessible, with a deep understanding of the positive impact makeup can have on confidence and self-expression.
We live by our values of Respect, Inspire and Own It, Together, and we’re building an inclusive team who share our passion for beauty and people. Join us at VIEVE and be part of a brand built on artistry, honesty and community, with the ambition and backing to scale globally.
ABOUT THE JOB
We’re looking for a talented, ideas-led Brand Creative Designer to join the VIEVE Creative Team.
Reporting to the Creative Lead, you’ll help bring the VIEVE brand to life across every customer touchpoint — from organic and paid social, CRM and web, through to stores, visual merchandising, print and packaging.
This is a hands-on creative role for someone with strong graphic design foundations who is equally comfortable designing a social asset, editing campaign imagery, creating artwork for a retail gondola or developing a piece of packaging.
You’ll have an exceptional eye for typography, layout, colour and composition, alongside a strong understanding of how great creative needs to flex across different channels and formats while remaining unmistakably VIEVE.
We’re looking for someone who can think and make — bringing ideas and references to the table, contributing creatively to shoots and campaigns, and translating those ideas into beautifully executed assets.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand & Campaign Design
- Create and develop brand and campaign assets across VIEVE’s digital and physical channels.
- Translate campaign concepts and creative direction into compelling, beautifully executed design.
- Help evolve and protect the VIEVE visual identity, ensuring consistency while continually finding fresh ways to bring the brand to life.
- Develop creative ideas and visual concepts for launches, campaigns, brand moments and always-on content.
- Contribute ideas, references and creative thinking to campaign and content shoots, working closely with the wider Creative Team.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
